“Drawing more than 4,000 neighbors and visitors, and shares more treats than Halloween. Floats, kazoo band, decorated boats, trucks, vintage autos & bikes, politicians & community groups, inflated college mascots with fight songs blasting, and our favorite: a gang of Elvis impersonators.” ~Glen Arbor B&B
