ShareCare is a non-profit organization linking Leelanau County seniors to the services they need to live independently and well.
Services include free professional health care coordination, transportation to appointments, temporary home cooked meals, simple household repairs, companionship visits and respite care, access to free durable medical equipment and lists of reliable independent contractors (including care givers), and great opportunities to socialize and attend educational gatherings.
