Microbiome of the Gut: November 15
Come learn about the importance of “gut health” with local wellness expert Amy White. She’ll discuss the role of probiotic and prebiotic foods, the potential health impacts of gluten and dairy, and strategies for incorporating more plant-based foods into your diet. Participants will also have the opportunity to sample various gut-friendly foods. Class size is limited to 15 people, so contact the library @ 326.5361 to register.
