Cooking classes have come to Glen Arbor! Join Chef Grant Nagel at Anderson’s as he instructs you on knife skills, proper sanitation and how to prepare a planned menu. We will also explore wine pairings for each of the scheduled menus.
The first class is on Sunday, January 31 from 5-7pm. Pre-registration is required. You may sign up via the form on our website or at the deli counter. The menu for the first class will be Beef Tournedos with Bordeaux glace atop portobello mushrooms, pan roasted asparagus and smashed fingerling crisps.
Cost is $30 per person.
