Slow Roasted Baby Back Ribs

Tender, fall off the bone ribs with sweet baby rays barbecue sauce

Served with whipped mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable

Andouille Sausage Lasagna

Layered with a homemade tomato sauce, andouille sausage, ricotta, and parmesan cheese

Walleye

Lightly breaded walleye, baked and drizzled with beurre blanc and topped with capers

Served with wild rice and seasonal vegetable
