DESCRIPTION:The Northport Community Band kicks off the Glen Arbor Arts Center’s 2018 Manitou Music Festival season on Tuesday\, July 3\, at 7 pm with a musical evening celebrating Independence Day. This concert of patriotic and march favorites takes place on the Old School House lawn located in Glen Arbor on M-22 directly across from the Glen Arbor Township Hall. \nFounded in 1959\, the Northport Community Band has developed a repertoire of familiar overtures\, marches\, light classics and popular favorites.
