The Port Oneida Run is a challenging 5K trail run (or just a beautiful walk) on the Bayview Trail offering a unique tour of the Port Oneida Rural Historic District – “one of the most prized historic landscapes in the country”!  The course is a loop which meanders  through the flat fields and yes\, some hills\, of the pastoral landscape of farmsteads from the late 1800s. \nRegistration: Online at www.phsb.org  or at the Olsen Farm 4 Miles North of Glen Arbor at 3164 W. harbor Hwy. (M-22_ \nCost: Pre-registration by 5 pm July 31st is $27       After July 31st $32 \n8:30 am Children start the day off with1/4 mile Schoolhouse Dash from the Olsen barn to the historic one-room schoolhouse on the Bayview trail. \n9:00 5K Begins \nAwards: 3 deep in 9 age categories. \n\nPrizes – must be present to win!
