DESCRIPTION:The Crane Wives wing their way back to the Manitou Music Festival Studio Stage for a night of indie folk music on Sunday\, August 6\, 8 p.m. Studio Stage is located behind Lake Street Studios\, 6023 S. Lake St.\, Glen Arbor. \nThis stereotype-defying quartet uses three-part harmonies\, and eclectic instrumentation to create music that is accessible and innovative. The Crane Wives formed in 2010 in Grand Rapids and have issued four full-length albums. \nA project of the Glen Arbor Art Association (GAAA)\, tickets for the concert are $15. Children 18 and younger are free. Tickets may be purchased in advance through the GAAA website: glenarborart.org; at Lake Street Studios\, 6023 S. Lake St.; or at the door. In the event of rain\, the concert will be moved to the Glen Arbor Town Hall on M-22. For more information\, please call the GAAA 231/334-6112.
