DESCRIPTION:Emma Cook and Questionable Company funk things up at the next Manitou Music Festival’s Studio Stage concert on Wednesday\, August 2\, 8 p.m. Studio Stage is located behind Lake Street Studios\, 6023 S. Lake St.\, Glen Arbor. \nBrought to life in Burlington\, Vermont’s thriving arts scene\, ECQC’s repertoire includes mostly original tunes by Cook\, a Michigan native transplanted to Vermont. With the jazz finessed\, old school rock\, classic funk influence of Andy Feltus on drums and Max Guyton’s distinct\, melodic bass style\, Cook’s songs became more funkified. \nThe Manitou Music Festival is a project of the Glen Arbor Art Association (GAAA). Tickets for the concert are $15. Children 18 and younger are free. They may be purchased on-line\, through the GAAA website: glenarborart.org; or at the door.
