SUMMARY:Readers' Theater Auditions: Scripts Available
DESCRIPTION:The Glen Arbor Art Association [GAAA] Readers’ Theater will hold auditions for two plays by British playwright J.M. Barrie on Wednesday\, April 26\, 7 p.m. at the Glen Lake Community Reformed Church\, 4902 W. MacFarlane Road\, Glen Arbor. \nBarrie’s plays\, The Old Lady Shows Her Medals and The Twelve-Pound Look\, are both set in London in the lead up to World War 1\, and during World War 1. Characters speak with a variety of British/Cockney and Scottish accents\, and there are parts for both men and women. Performances of the plays will be June 2-3 at the church. Copies of the scripts will be available beginning April 17\, at the GAAA’s offices\, 6654 Western Avenue.
