DESCRIPTION:Seasonal Affective Disorder: January 10 \nJoin us for another informative session with local health and wellness guru Amy White. She’ll discuss Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) a common yet relatively newly classified mood disorder that effects millions of people every year. Amy will look at its relationship to sunlight\, Vitamin D\, and other factors\, and outline strategies for combating the “Winter Blues”. The class will be limited to 15 people\, so please call the library (231.326.5361) to register. The presentation will take place at 7:00 pm\, in our Program Room. Face masks are strongly recommended.
