She’ll discuss Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) a common yet relatively newly classified mood disorder that effects millions of people every year. Amy will look at its relationship to sunlight\, Vitamin D\, and other factors\, and outline strategies for combating the “Winter Blues”.
