DESCRIPTION:Due to popular demand\, the location for Thursday night’s Northern Lights presentation has been moved to Glen Arbor Town Hall\, located at  6394 W Western Ave\, Glen Arbor\, MI 49636.  \nNorthern Lights Presentation November  9\, 7 pm \nhttps://glenarborart.org/…/northern-lights-presentation/ \nRealize your dream and catch the Northern Lights! Join Melissa F. Kaelin\, the founder of the Michigan Aurora Chasers and the author of “Below the 45th Parallel: The Beginner’s Guide to Chasing the Aurora in the Great Lakes Region” as she gives you tips\, tools and techniques for spotting this rare natural phenomenon. During the day\, Melissa works with space weather researchers at the University of Michigan to uncover the mysteries of the Aurora\, and at night\, she chases the Northern Lights\, successfully catching vivid eyesight-visible displays. She has helped hundreds\, if not thousands\, of Aurora Chasers to view the Northern Lights for the first time.\nLocal photographers Ethan Honke and Michele Aucello will be on hand to provide tips on photographing the Northern Lights.
