DESCRIPTION:Coffee With The Authors is a live\, conversational interview with local and regional authors about the craft and process of writing. This Glen Arbor Arts Center series continues July 22\, 11 am with author Jerry Dennis and artist/illustrator Glenn Wolff\, both of Traverse City\, in a conversation about working collaboratively. Sarah Bearup-Neal\, GAAC gallery manager\, leads the discussion. \nDennis and Wolff have worked together for more than 30 years. Together\, they’ve published nine books about the natural world – stories\, myths\, natural histories\, fly fishing\, and wooden canoes. Their collaborations have spanned the era of sending drafts by fax to ZOOM\, and back to letterpress artwork\, books\, and broadsides published in small\, hand-built batches through their joint project\, Big Maple Press. Dennis and Wolff will talk about how the collaborative process works for them\, the mechanics\, and the nuances of working together on a shared project. \nCoffee With The Authors is offered without charge.
