Finding places to rest\, places to stop and breathe and daydream reflect a need in our lives to slow down to take time to gaze upon beautiful colors. I trained in painting and graphic design at Kendall College of Art & Design. My work has a certain close up and cropped look\, bringing the viewer into a scene to recall a feeling or space the viewer may have experienced\, like the feeling and energy of someone about to enter a room or having just been there.  Working with color\, light\, and brush stroke\, I capture a moment where one is aware of the energy or sense of being in that very moment.”
