DESCRIPTION:“Slow down and enjoy the scenery” is painter Susan Keen’s guiding principle – and the focus of a new body of Northern Michigan landscapes. This show of familiar roadside views opens Sept. 4 at Center Gallery\, 6023 S. Lake St.\, Glen Arbor. An artist’s reception is 6-8 p.m. \n  \nKeen\, a resident of Holland\, Michigan\, is a studio painter working in oil. She interprets the Lake Michigan landscape through color and shape.
