Date: Saturday, February 16, 2008 Setup Time: 11:30 - 12:00 Event: 12:00 - until chili is gone
Prizes: First and Second Place winners as determined by popular vote receive a plaque commemorating the 2007 Chili Cook Off. There will be two categories: Traditional Chili: (beef with or without beans, tomatoes, etc.) Non-tradtional Chili: (any non beef Chili)

	Requirements:
	5 gallons of your best or most unique chili $50.00 entry fee for each chili entered A human server(s) A gas warmer & serving utensils Sign identifying your chili Optional – Props, Costumes Clean up when done

Provided:	All serving products, including sampling cups, napkins, & spoons will be supplied. A table will also be provided.
