2011 Glen Arbor WinterfestChili Cook Off Rules and Entry Form

  Date:  Saturday, February 19, 2011
Place: Boone Docks Deck
Setup Time: 11:00 - 12:00
Event:   12:00 - 3:00 pm  

Prizes: First and Second Place winners as determined by popular vote receive a plaque commemorating the 2011 Chili Cook Off. There will be two categories:
Traditional Chili: (beef with or without beans, tomatoes, etc.)

Non-tradtional Chili: (any non beef Chili)

Provided: All serving products, including sampling cups, napkins, & spoons will be supplied. A table will also be provided.

Requirements:
 
  • 8 or more gallons of your best or most unique chili
  • $25.00 entry fee for each chili entered
  • A human server(s)
  • A gas warmer & serving utensils
  • Sign identifying your chili
  • Optional – Props, Costumes
  • Clean up when done
